1. Software Development Services

  • Custom Projects: As software development projects are customized, full refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

  • Project Milestones: Refunds may be considered proportionally if a client cancels a project before completion of agreed milestones, based on work delivered and resources spent.

  • Defects or Errors: If the delivered software does not meet agreed specifications, we will correct issues at no additional cost. Refunds may be offered only if the issues are unresolvable within a reasonable timeframe.

2. IT Consultancy Services

  • Consultancy sessions and packages are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with advice or reports due to errors or omissions, Zenith Solutions will provide reasonable remedial support at no extra charge.

3. Payment Disputes

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to zenithsolutions.pk@gmail.com within 7 business days of service delivery.

  • All refund requests will be reviewed and a decision communicated within 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or billing errors.

  • All exceptions are handled case-by-case at the discretion of Zenith Solutions management.
