1. Services
Zenith Solutions provides:

All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Project Agreements

A detailed proposal or contract will outline project scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing, which may impact timelines and costs.
3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule in the project proposal or contract.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
4. Refund Policy

Software Development: Refunds are generally not provided after project commencement. Partial refunds may be considered if milestones are canceled before completion.

IT Consultancy: Sessions and consultancy packages are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via zenithsolutions.pk@gmail.com within 7 business days of service delivery.
5. Delivery & Digital Handover

Software and consultancy deliverables are provided digitally via secure email, cloud storage, or project platforms.

Clients receive all necessary credentials, documentation, and deployment support.

Timelines for delivery are outlined in project agreements and may vary based on project complexity.
6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during a project remains the property of Zenith Solutions until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights for custom software may be transferred to the client as agreed in the contract.

Zenith Solutions retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during projects.

Client data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion.

Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes.

Comply with any licensing or legal requirements related to third-party software or tools used in the project.
9. Limitation of Liability

Zenith Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software or consultancy advice.

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service or project.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
Zenith Solutions may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the updated terms will be posted on our website.
